To support our students we have built / purpose of role

• This role is responsible for ensuring effective local offline and digital marketing through content creation and localisation and digital targeting.This is a fulltime position that can be worked remotely or in one of our many offices around the globe.

What are the main responsibilities for this role

• Generating marketing ideas and owning marketing initiatives. Driving quality leads into consultations with the local sales team.
• Organising local marketing events and initiatives. Editing proofreading and improving the content for the slide decks by collaborating with team members.
• Copywriting tasks in both English and Chinese including social media ads EDM campaigns print collateral and event descriptions
• Localising global campaigns and other marketing materials into English and Chinese to suit the Hong Kong audience
• Working closely with the digital marketing team to optimize online content landing pages social posts ads and EDMs to promote local events and initiatives.
• Monitoring leads and conversion from marketing across all channels (Events Facebook Content Emails PR SEO & more) with monthly progress reporting customer behaviour and user experience.

What skills and experience are required

• Strong storytelling skill and ability to connect emotionally with target prospects
  
• Basic understanding of how paid digital advertising works on Google Facebook and other social media platforms
  
• Fluency in English and Cantonese speaking these languages idiomatically. Strong command of language is necessary to write good copy in English and Chinese. (Fluency in Mandarin is a big plus.)
  
• Knowledge of Hong Kong and southern China local marketing channels and partnership organisations for pursuing higher education overseas
  
• An understanding of the US/UK undergraduate application process
  
• Comfort working in an international technology company with colleagues from all over the world.
• Deep understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms
• Understanding of Canva Marketo or other marketing integration software
• Fluency in Mandarin Chinese
• Event management experience
