How Youll Help:
We are seeking a Senior Manager Growth Marketing to help HelioCampus build multichannel campaigns that drive qualified leads and pipeline. Youll play a handson role in determining the channels and offers that help our personas understand who we are and what we do in support of our revenue targets. Youll work closely with the Senior Director Demand Gen to innovate and iterate on themes channels and technology to adopt best practices and elevate our marketing engine.

What You Will Do:

  • Set channel strategy and plan campaigns to meet qualified lead and revenue goals.
  • Manage paid media engagements with outlets including email webinars and other advertising opportunities
  • Partner with Product Marketing Content Marketing and Events to ensure all content webinars and tradeshows drive engagement amplify key messaging across owned and paid channels and continue to grow inbound via SEO content.
  • Create landing pages follow SEO best practices and run a/b tests to improve our websites conversion rate.
  • Work with Marketing Ops to prepare metrics monitor and report success of campaigns to internal stakeholders and push forward next steps or optimizations at a rigorous pace
  • Support the overall GTM function to illustrate the value of HelioCampus to prospects and customers to improve conversion rates from MQL to opportunity

You Will Be a Good Fit For This Role If You Have:

  • Bachelor degree preferred; or an equivalent combination of education and experience relative to marketing
  • 45 years of growth marketing or demand generation experience B2B SaaS or edtech environment preferred
  • Strong time management and collaboration skills
  • Proficiency in at least one area of growth marketing with working knowledge in all areas including: Email Marketing Paid ABM SEO SEM Web Optimization
  • Experience with content distribution strategies to drive leads and conversions
  • Proficiency in fullstack of marketing tools Salesforce/Hubspot (MAP CMS) experience preferred
  • Strong probing and reasoning skills to make relevant recommendations
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional project management skills
  • Experimentation mindset
  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time

      Location:
      HelioCampus has three locations Bethesda MD Chapel Hill NC and Philadelphia PA. This specific role is primarily remote with occasional travel to an office or client site
