Accountant

We are currently looking for an Accountant for our Group Financial Control department in Stockholm reporting to our Head of Group Financial Control. The main tasks are managing the accounts payable and accounts receivable of the parent company Stillfront Group AB (publ).

Your mission

• Manage the parent companys accounts payable with registration and posting of supplier invoices
• Follow up on authorization and payment and reconciliations
• Payments transfer/registration and Booking bank transactions in different currencies
• Follow up on payments reconciliation of intercompany balances
• Balance sheet reconciliations

Depending on your professional experience and development the following tasks could also be added in the short medium or long term:

• Taking full responsibility for accounting and reporting for some of our legal entities
• FX revaluation
• Booking of IC interest and VAT
• Participation in the monthend process
• Booking of treasury transactions and cash pool
• Reporting to STA & Reconciliation of companies account by Swedish Tax Agency

Your backstory

• Professional experience in financial accounting
• Degree from a business high school or a vocational school in the field of accounting
• Fluency in Swedish and English
• Advanced knowledge of Excel and ideally also experience with Visma.net and reporting in Aaro
• Preferably professional experience in an international and listed company
