About The Role:
You will be working with the full accounting flow for the parent company and the Swedish subsidiaries. The tasks will include everything from handling of supplier invoices and daily bookkeeping to monthly closing and project related assignments. As an early member of this team you will be involved in setting new routines and developing the accounting teams way of working.
What Youll Do:
- Handle the daily transactions for the parent company and the Swedish subsidiaries mainly related to the accounts payable flow
- Monthly quarterly and annual financial closing
- Preparation of group consolidation with the support of the Head of Finance
- Preparation of annual report with the support of the Head of Finance
- Be involved in various projects mainly relating to developing the processes and the way of working within the accounting team
- Support the business in finance related matters
Who You Are:
- You have an academic degree in economics or equivalent education with a focus on accounting and/or finance
- You have at least three years of experience in similar tasks
- You have good accounting skills and independent in financial statements according to K3
- You are structured and has good organizational skills
- You are solutionoriented and open to working in a fastpaced changing environment while being able to take your own initiative and be proactive in your way of working
- You appreciate working in an environment with high tempo having various tasks that are both recurring and standardized at the same time as ad hoc tasks may arise that needs to be handled
- You are comfortable working with excel using formulas such as lookup and pivot tables
- You are fluent in spoken and written Swedish and English
Location
Our beautiful office is located in the heart of Sdermalm just a short walk from Slussen subway station. We encourage inoffice collaboration but support a hybrid work model.
