In 2022 Instabee was founded after combining Instabox and Budbee two leading lastmile delivery companies with three consumerfacing brands: Budbee Instabox and Porterbuddy. Instabee serves millions of consumers across Europe with convenient deliveries and is on track to become the leading European ecommerce enabler. Always with the customer at heart.
Were fast both in terms of parcel delivery and when it comes to growing our business. So far our journey has taken us from Sweden to the rest of Scandinavia and parts of continental Europe but we have no plans to stop anytime soon. As we continue to expand our product offering to new merchants and geographic regions our logistical network and operations are getting increasingly complex.
About the role
We are looking for a person to join our global Finance team as a part time AP/AR accountant. As an AP/AR accountant you will be a key member of the Accounting department supporting both the AP and the AR team with their daily invoice handling.
Your tasks will include but not be limited to:
Verify and record vendor invoices for Swedish and non Swedish Instabee entities
Book vendor payments
Contact with vendors as well as other Instabee departments on vendor invoice related questions and payments
Follow up on customer invoice related matters
Contact with customers as well as other Instabee departments on customer invoice related questions
- Close collaboration within our accounting and controlling team
About you
We are looking for a proactive doer with a can do mentality who is not afraid to roll up their sleeves to get the job done. Preferably you study finance accounting or business administration and want to learn and gain experience in the accounting field. If you have previous experience from similar role/s that is beneficial.
You enjoy a humble but dynamic environment with various contact areas. Moreover you are a diligent and independent person who values structure and teamwork.
