Part-time Account Receivable Assistant

Were looking for a motivated and ambitious Accounts Receivable Assistant to join our Stockholm team on a parttime remote basis. This role is ideal for a current student pursuing studies in finance who is eager to gain handson experience in a dynamic environment.

This position offers a flexible schedule of 8 hours per week with the convenience of setting your own hours and includes a fixed monthly payment.

About the team

You will be a part of a young international and entrepreneurial environment. The finance team at Flowbox continuously assesses and evaluates the companys financial performance in relation to operational goals budgets and forecasts. The team also drives the companys financial strategy and planning.

Your Mission

Flowbox is in the midst of entering the next phase of expansion. As an Account Receivable Assistant at Flowbox you will be supporting the finance team in their daily activities.

Your main focus will be on:

• Accounts receivables: you will assist in monitoring and analyzing accounts receivable to ensure accuracy. You will support the collection process by following up on outstanding payments maintaining clear communication with clients and ensuring timely resolution of payment discrepancies. Prepare regular reports on accounts receivable status and trends to aid in decisionmaking.
• Invoicing from Younium

On a daily basis youll also have the opportunity to assist with various daily tasks to support the finance team as needed so the role might develop!

Here at Flowbox all teams are crossfunctional so you will work closely with other teams like Sales and Customer Success regarding accounting related questions.

About You

We value soft skills over hard skills therefore its a big plus if you have a lot of drive and lets make it happen attitude You will be working closely with the finance and Customer Success teams in the company so relationshipbuilding skills will come handy. This role implies a lot of freedom and decisionmaking so we are looking for someone who is autonomous and ready to take ownership.
