Sales Executive

KTI Talent Indicator is a talent discovery software platform with AI that offers: talent mapping assessment and reskilling services with training to companies.

We are looking for a Sales Executive to work on an end client

Tasks

• Provide consultation on products to customers and ensure excellent customer experience at stores/ Online customers.
• Identify and address concerns of customers about our products or EV in general converting them from leads to sales
• Cultivate new leads within the sales territory.
• Maintain accurate and uptodate records of all actual and attempted customer interactions on the CRM system.
• Continuously review and analyze sales metrics to identify and optimize opportunities.

Requirements

• Up to 2 years of experience in a relevant role.
• Experience in automotive industry or in ecommerce selling highvalue products (smartphones computers electronic devices).
• A resultsoriented approach.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Good verbal communication skills in English.
• Be a good listener.
• Intermediate computer skills.

Preferred skills and experiences

• Excellent English skill is a big plus
