Design Manager

This position requires a highly qualified Architect with extensive experience in design development, working drawings production, coordination with other disciplines, specification and approval requirement and procedure, - Minimum 20 years of experience in design and design management in a similar consultancy firm with a strong portfolio. - Architecture degree from a reputed university. - Registered as “Grade A” Architect with MME - QCDD Certified with very good understanding of Fire life safety code local and NFPA. - Excellent communication and fluent in Arabic and English (R,W,S) - Previous experience in Qatar(Minimum 8 years). - Registered and licensed by GORD (GSAS) is an advantage. - Solid experience in project design, freehand sketching, coordination and working drawings production - Extensive experience and leadership in design review & design coordination with other disciplines. - Capability to manage time, team and production for several projects - Capability to manage several projects concurrently. - Computer skills in Revit, CAD, MS Office and other related software.
