1. Make payments according to valid vouchers and cash book entry
2. Make a book of cash cash of the company at the end of the day of checking the fund and compare it with the accountant
3. Receiving and checking the reasonableness and validity of invoices and documents of contractors
4. Making advances refunding advances according to the Companys regulations
5. Performing transactions with the tax insurance and related units
Requirements
hould have capabilities in basic computer based accounting account finalisation for small companies and individual files basic knowledge of taxation and readiness to handle cash transactions upto a few lacs daily. Trustworthiness is required.
Experience: Minimum 3 Years in Retail and Project sales Product : 3 to 5 Years in Construction Chemical or Waterproofing
