Job Title CAD/CAE Administrator (HPCC)

Location Bangalore / Pune

Experience 8 15 Years

Job Requirements:

• Installation/Configuration/Troubleshooting Support for CAD/CAE Applications like CATIA Siemens NX PTC Creo Parametric Autodesk AutoCAD Dassault Solidworks Ansys Hyperworks MATLAB and other similar applications.
• Administration and maintenance of engineering applications including license management server infrastructures addon applications and InHouse developed tools.
• In Depth knowledge on API Toolkits C# C .Net Java Perl programming languages with software development experience.
• Experience in application upgrade troubleshooting evaluation testing training and support for CAD/CAE tools along with Cloud Infrastructure implementation.
• Hands on experience in license management utilities and Server administration tools.
• Experience in any IT ticket management tools like ServiceNow or BMC Remedy or similar tools.
• Troubleshoot and resolves system problems incident/service requests with SLA adherence to improve customer satisfaction.
• Engage with Software vendors stake holders IT departments to resolve technical problems.
• Nice to have knowledge on Incident/Request management Problem/Change management and knowledge management experience.
• Nice to have experience on Windows/Linux OS environment management/maintenance.
• Good Team player and Communication skills.
