Job Responsibilities:
- Execute platform implementation procedures.
- Manage phased rollouts including full production implementation.
- Provide comprehensive support throughout pilot and production deployments.
- Develop operational documentation including operational guides.
- Address and resolve daily operational issues until full production deployment.
Requirements
- Proficiency at an expert level with Palo Alto Prisma Access is a must.
- Proven ability to implement troubleshoot and maintain Prisma Access solutions.
- Handson experience with the platform and a deep understanding of its core concepts are required.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and vendors.
- Desirable to have a solid grasp of enterprise routing and switching firewalls SSL decryption among other related areas.
