1. Job Summary: As a Trampoline Park Coach you will play a key role in providing instruction guidance and supervision to guests of all ages participating in trampoline activities. Your primary responsibilities will include conducting training sessions ensuring safety compliance and delivering an exceptional guest experience.

2. Roles and Responsibilities:

Training Sessions: Lead instructional sessions for guests of varying skill levels including beginners intermediate and advanced participants focusing on trampoline techniques safety guidelines and skill development.

Safety Supervision: Monitor guest activity on trampolines enforcing safety rules and regulations to prevent accidents and injuries and providing immediate assistance and intervention when necessary.

Skill Development: Provide individualized coaching and feedback to help guests improve their trampoline skills offering tips techniques and drills to enhance performance and confidence.

Group Activities: Organize and facilitate group activities games and challenges on the trampolines promoting teamwork cooperation and social interaction among participants.

Customer Service: Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner answering questions providing assistance and ensuring a positive and enjoyable experience for all visitors to the trampoline park.

Equipment Maintenance: Assist with the setup maintenance and inspection of trampoline equipment and facilities ensuring their cleanliness functionality and safety at all times.

Emergency Response: Respond promptly and effectively to emergency situations including accidents injuries or equipment malfunctions following established protocols and procedures to ensure the safety and wellbeing of guests and staff.

Administrative Tasks: Complete necessary paperwork forms and reports related to coaching activities including attendance records incident reports and participant waivers maintaining accurate and uptodate documentation as required.

Training and Development: Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance coaching skills knowledge of trampoline techniques and familiarity with industry trends and best practices.

Community Engagement: Represent the trampoline park at community events schools and other outreach activities promoting the benefits of trampoline sports and encouraging participation in park programs and activities.

Requirements

Qualifications:

Previous experience in coaching teaching or instructing trampoline sports or related activities preferred.

Strong knowledge of trampoline techniques safety guidelines and risk management practices with certification in trampoline coaching or equivalent training preferred.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with individuals of all ages and skill levels.

Ability to demonstrate and explain trampoline skills and techniques clearly and effectively adapting instruction to accommodate different learning styles and abilities.

CPR and First Aid certification required; additional certifications in lifeguarding emergency response or injury prevention preferred.

Positive attitude enthusiasm for working with children and adults and a passion for promoting health fitness and recreation through trampoline sports.

Flexibility to work a variable schedule including evenings weekends and holidays to accommodate the operating hours and peak times of the trampoline park.

Physical stamina and agility to participate in trampoline activities and provide handson coaching and supervision for extended periods.
