Hiring Insurance Claims Support L2
Location: Infopark Kakkand (Work from Office)
Experience: Minimum 1.5 years in Insurance backoffice processes preferably in Claims support
Educational Requirements:
- Graduates or Postgraduates preferably with a Commerce background.
- (Candidates from technical backgrounds such as B.Tech are not eligible.)
Joining Date: Immediate (4th or 5th October 2024)
Job Summary: We are seeking experienced professionals with a background in BPO Insurance backoffice processes. The ideal candidate will have experience in claims support be capable of liaising with clients through various communication channels and possess strong analytical communication and leadership skills. The role also involves quality audits and providing training and coaching to frontline associates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Policy/Claims Support: Manage policy setups changes and claims intake by coordinating with client contacts via email chat and calls.
- Quality Audits: Conduct quality checks on associates work provide constructive feedback and coach team members.
- Team Support: Assist frontline associates with queries referrals and support trainees.
- Complex Accounts Handling: Manage and resolve complex account issues while providing onthejob training for new hires.
- Training: Conduct processrelated training sessions for the team as and when required.
Requirements
Basic Requirements:
- Minimum 1.5 years of experience in BPO Insurance backoffice processes with a preference for Claims support.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Willingness to work in rotational night shifts.
- Must be available for Work from Office (WFO) in Kochi.
- Immediate availability for joining on the 4th or 5th of October 2024.
Skills Required:
- Typing Speed: 35 words per minute with 90% accuracy (Preferred)
- Comprehension: Ability to understand and paraphrase problem statements.
- Analytical & Numerical Skills: Proficiency in basic mathematics and problem analysis.
- Pattern Recognition: Ability to recognize patterns and identify the big picture in various documents.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
