Position: QA Manager

As they continue to expand our user base and introduce new products we are looking for a highly skilled and experienced QA Manager to join the team.
Role Overview:
As the QA Manager for our high scale consumer application you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products. You will be responsible for managing a team of QA engineers and implementing quality assurance processes to ensure that our applications meet the highest standards. You will work closely with our development and product teams to identify and resolve any issues as well as provide valuable insights for future product improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain a comprehensive QA strategy and roadmap for the high scale consumer application
Lead and manage a team of QA engineers providing guidance mentoring and performance evaluations
Develop and execute test plans test cases and test scripts to ensure the quality of our applications
Conduct thorough manual and automated testing of new features and enhancements
Identify report and track bugs and issues and work closely with the development team to resolve them
Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure that all requirements are met and that the product meets user expectations
Continuously improve and optimize QA processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness
Stay uptodate with industry trends and best practices in QA testing and implement them within the team
Communicate QA status progress and any potential risks to stakeholders and management
Qualifications:
Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in software quality assurance with at least 2 years in a managerial role
Proven experience in managing and leading a team of QA engineers
Strong knowledge of QA methodologies tools and processes
Experience with manual and automated testing of web and mobile applications
Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work in a fastpaced dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
Experience with agile development methodologies is a plus
