Job Title: UI/UX Designer (Axure & Figma)

Location: Dallas TX Only Locals

Job Description:

• We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to join our team in Dallas TX. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces along with a strong understanding of user experience principles. Proficiency in Axure and Figma is required for this role.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to understand project requirements and user needs.
• Design wireframes prototypes and user interfaces using Axure and Figma.
• Conduct user research and gather feedback to iteratively improve designs.
• Ensure consistency and adherence to design standards throughout the development process.
• Communicate design concepts and rationale effectively to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Design HumanComputer Interaction or related field.
• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a portfolio showcasing relevant work.
• Proficiency in Axure RP for wireframing and prototyping.
• Experience with Figma for designing and collaborating on UI/UX projects.
• Strong understanding of usercentered design principles and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of frontend development technologies (HTML CSS JavaScript) is a plus.
• Experience working in an Agile development environment.
• Familiarity with usability testing methodologies and tools.
