- Contributing to the design, implementation and ongoing operation of Roshn’s Enterprise Risk Management Framework and assisting the Director – Risk Management with all activities related to this and the functioning of the Risk Department.
- Contribute to the development or organizational risk appetite and tolerances, to assist the company in understanding appropriate levels of risk it should take in pursuing objectives. Perform appropriate analysis to develop this understanding.
- Contribute to the development of risk policies and operating procedures. Roll these out across the organization and ensure operational compliance. Work with staff to articulate policy and procedure requirements.
