Job Title: Executive Payroll Compliance

Key Responsibilities:
- Guide management and employee actions by researching developing and updating policies procedures methods and guidelines; communicate and enforce organization values.
- Provide counsel and assistance to employees at all levels in accordance with the companys policies procedures and legislations
- Participate in developing departmental goals objectives and systems.
- Participate in administrative staff meetings and attend other meetings and seminars.
- Manage the development and maintenance of the Human Resources section of the organizations website particularly sections on recruiting culture and company information
- Maintain employeerelated databases.
- Prepare and analyze reports that are necessary to carry out the functions of the department and company
- Prepare periodic reports for management as necessary or requested.
- Assist with the monitoring of the company wage and salary structure and the variable pay systems within the company including bonuses and raises
- Provide payroll processing backend support.
- Partner with accounting and payroll to maintain the payroll database.
Skill and Experience:
- MBA or any equivalent degree
- Experience: 13 years
