Job Description

Job Title: Executive Payroll Compliance
Job Type: Permanent
Location: Pune

Key Responsibilities:


  • Guide management and employee actions by researching developing and updating policies procedures methods and guidelines; communicate and enforce organization values.
  • Provide counsel and assistance to employees at all levels in accordance with the companys policies procedures and legislations
  • Participate in developing departmental goals objectives and systems.
  • Participate in administrative staff meetings and attend other meetings and seminars.
  • Manage the development and maintenance of the Human Resources section of the organizations website particularly sections on recruiting culture and company information
  • Maintain employeerelated databases.
  • Prepare and analyze reports that are necessary to carry out the functions of the department and company
  • Prepare periodic reports for management as necessary or requested.
  • Assist with the monitoring of the company wage and salary structure and the variable pay systems within the company including bonuses and raises
  • Provide payroll processing backend support.
  • Partner with accounting and payroll to maintain the payroll database.

Skill and Experience:


  • MBA or any equivalent degree
  • Experience: 13 years
