Job Title: Sales Executive Real Estate (Female)

Location: Salem Tamil Nadu

Job Type: Fulltime

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and resultsdriven Sales Executive to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying sales opportunities building client relationships and driving revenue growth by selling residential and commercial properties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling networking and social media.
  • Client Management: Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients understanding their needs and providing personalized real estate solutions.
  • Property Presentations: Conduct property presentations and site visits with clients showcasing the features and benefits of the properties.
  • Sales Negotiation: Negotiate property prices terms and conditions to close deals successfully.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on market trends property values and competitor activities to offer clients accurate and uptodate information.
  • Sales Targets: Meet or exceed sales targets set by the management team.
  • Doentation: ist clients with the legal and financial aspects of property transactions ensuring all doentation is completed accurately.
  • FollowUp: Maintain regular followup with clients to build longterm relationships and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit regular sales reports to the management team detailing sales activities pipeline status and revenue forecasts.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Marketing Real Estate or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales preferably in real estate or a related industry.
  • Ss:
    • Strong communication and interpersonal ss.
    • Excellent negotiation and closing ss.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Knowledge of local real estate market and trends.
