Job Title: Service Boy (Food and Beverage)

1. Job Summary: As a Service Boy at our trampoline park you will be responsible for providing

exceptional customer service by serving food and nonalcoholic drinks to customers taking

orders and ensuring a seamless dining experience. This position is fulltime and salaried.

2. Responsibilities:

Greet customers warmly upon arrival and guide them to their designated seating areas.

Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently ensuring to note any special requests or

dietary restrictions.

Deliver orders to tables promptly ensuring accuracy and presentation standards are met.

Provide recommendations on menu items specials and promotions when requested.

Monitor customer satisfaction and promptly address any concerns or complaints in a

professional manner.

Clear tables and reset them for new guests maintaining cleanliness and organization in the

dining area.

Assist in maintaining inventory levels of food beverages and supplies and communicate any

shortages or discrepancies to management.

Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure the health and safety of

customers and colleagues.

Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order preparation and delivery.

Assist in other areas of the trampoline park as needed including but not limited to cashier

duties cleaning tasks and event support.

Requirements

Previous experience in a customer service or food service role is preferred but not required

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with

customers and colleagues.

Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment.

Ability to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays as required by the

trampoline parks operating hours.

Physical stamina and the ability to stand walk and lift items

Knowledge of basic food safety and hygiene practices.

Positive attitude and willingness to contribute to a teamoriented work environment.

Must be at least 18 years old and legally eligible to work in your location.
