Role: Inside Sales Representative
Location: Chantilly VA (Onsite)

As Inside Sales Representative for the Federal Market you will be responsible for assisting with the development and execution of the gotomarket strategy solution generation and sale into the Federal customer segment. You will regularly engage with and impact multiple components of the US Department of Interior Tribal Nations USDA DoD NASA and other Federal agencies.
What You Do
- Identify and qualify initial opportunities
- Develop business strategies to capture the qualified opportunities
- Execute the strategy including but not limited to customer engagement and opportunity shaping execution of bids and proposals demos and or presentations etc.
- Ultimately ensuring the successful win with the customer
- Partner with Federal team to help establish and execute the customer contact plan strengthen customer relationships determine key decision makers and to capture pertinent customer needs
- Help develop and execute the DoD and Civilian market short mid and longterm strategies
- Establish and drive marketing campaign plans for the Federal market with messaging and themes for tradeshows conferences publications etc.
- Provide accurate and timely longterm forecasting of business
What You Bring
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
- 25 Years in cradle to grave federal sales experience with emphasis in opportunity capture management and proposal development
- Experience using Salesforce as a CRM
- Experience with selling direct and in government contract vehicles
- Experience working with and understanding of Federal agency markets and customers
- Extensive knowledge of federal government acquisition regulations and federal government budgeting processes
- Clear concise and direct communication skills briefing senior business executives and customers
- Ability to provide accurate longrange forecasting of revenues orders and margin for the Federal market
