JOB ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES TO BE PERFORMED.
End to End management of CSR programs including program design
partnership development execution stake holder engagement monitoring
and reporting as per the defined project scope.
Driving budget & monitoring spending to deliver results inline with planned
objectives.
Periodic program reviews to assess the program impacts outcomes and
efficacy.
Ensure compliance following the CSR regulations and governance proceses
throughout the implementation process.
Managing CSR budget Planning utlisation & documentation.
Promote employee volunteerism.
Ensure proper documentation of the project progress and completion
along with billing procedures.
All projects should be implemented in collaborative and consultative
approaches.
KEY COMPETENCY REQUIRED TO PERFORM THIS JOB
Have knowledge of CSR Law : Schedule VII / Section 135.
Multitasking & Multiple stakeholder engagement.
Open to do field work & travels.
Strong understanding of the CSR regulations/compliance.
Good communication skills openness to learn positive
attitude and flexiblity.
MS.Office proficiency.
