Job Description
Role Overview: As the Product Officer at NPPD CARE you will be responsible for overseeing the entire product lifecycle from ideation to execution. You will collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams to define product requirements prioritize features and ensure timely delivery of highquality healthcare and wellness solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of customer needs and market trends in healthcare and wellness.
- Lead product ideation conceptualization and roadmap development.
- Work closely with stakeholders to define product requirements user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate with design and engineering teams to ensure product feasibility and successful implementation.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats.
- Drive product launches including defining gotomarket strategies and overseeing marketing and sales enablement activities.
- Monitor and analyze product performance metrics user feedback and iterate based on insights.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience (5 years) in product management roles within the healthcare or wellness industry.
- Strong understanding of product development processes including Agile methodologies.
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to translate complex requirements into actionable plans.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills to effectively collaborate with crossfunctional teams.
- Bachelor s degree in business healthcare administration or related field (preferred).
