• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of customer needs and market trends in healthcare and wellness.
• Lead product ideation conceptualization and roadmap development.
• Work closely with stakeholders to define product requirements user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with design and engineering teams to ensure product feasibility and successful implementation.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats.
• Drive product launches including defining gotomarket strategies and overseeing marketing and sales enablement activities.
• Monitor and analyze product performance metrics user feedback and iterate based on insights.

• Proven experience (5 years) in product management roles within the healthcare or wellness industry.
• Strong understanding of product development processes including Agile methodologies.
• Excellent analytical skills and ability to translate complex requirements into actionable plans.
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills to effectively collaborate with crossfunctional teams.
• Bachelor s degree in business healthcare administration or related field (preferred).
