POSITION DETAILS:

Start Date: Immediate upon completing the recruitment process.

Teaching Hours: Enjoy flexible scheduling with peak hours from Monday to Sunday 7 PM to 9 PM Beijing time plus weekend options.

Students: Engage bright young minds aged 411 from China.

Class Duration: Deliver impactful lessons in 25 and 55minute sessions tailored to meet the unique needs of each student.

Remuneration: Competitive base rate of $12 USD per hour.

Contract Type: Independent Service Provider through The Really Great Teacher Company with remote work flexibility.

Location: Work conveniently from your home in Argentina.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Requirements

APPLICANT REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelors Degree or higher (in any field).
• Accredited and completed 120hour TEFL or equivalent.
• 2 years of teaching experience.
• English first language speakers from the USA Canada UK Australia or New Zealand.
• Computer literacy and engaging communication skills.
• Punctual and aligned with our company values.
• Energetic and a passion for teaching kids.

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• PC: Ensure your device meets our specifications including an Intel Core i5 CPU @2.0GHz (4 CPUs) or greater and 8GB RAM or more.
• Backup power: Stay connected with uninterrupted power supply (UPS) for 45 hours ensuring smooth teaching sessions even during power outages (This is a nonnegotiable requirement if you live in an area that experiences frequent power interruptions).
• Internet: Ensure a seamless teaching experience with a stable cable/fibre connection delivering minimum 20 Mbps upload and download speeds.
• Accessories: Equip yourself with noisecancelling headsets an HD web camera and create a tidy welllit and quiet teaching environment to optimize student engagement and learning.
