Join us at MGID as we seek a dynamic Head of Global Publisher Acquisition to spearhead our international acquisition business strategy. In this pivotal role youll execute corporate plans and budgets drive revenue growth and optimize profit margins. Leading our talented Global Publisher Acquisition team youll leverage your extensive experience in global team management and strategic insight to propel our organization forward. What Youll Do

  • Spearhead MGIDs global publisher business growth strategy
  • Formulate and implement stable margin generation strategies worldwide
  • Define and prioritize operational objectives in line with strategic goals
  • Ensure delivery of objectives within corporate goals and budgets
  • Cultivate and manage a sustainable business pipeline forecasting accurately and driving growth to achieve targets directly and through distributed teams
  • Identify and secure strategic partnerships with publishers worldwide
  • Promote MGIDs platform by fostering awareness among key industry partners
  • Stay abreast of industry trends in Adtech and advise on company market positioning
  • Provide effective coaching mentoring and evaluation to staff delivering timely feedback discipline counseling and performance reviews
  • Collaborate with the sales team to establish global procedures KPIs and sales pipelines for publishing clients
  • Foster collaboration across teams including Product and Global Marketing

Requirements

Who You Are

  • Minimum of 10 years of handson experience in digital advertising specializing in Adtech/Martech
  • Extensive knowledge of the global advertising landscape including brands and agencies with a proven ability to navigate and capitalize on industry trends
  • Demonstrated expertise in publisher monetization strategies and programmatic solutions with a deep understanding of emerging technologies
  • Established network of industry connections particularly within media groups publishers and networks
  • Comprehensive understanding of website monetization and online advertising methodologies informed by current industry insights
  • Proven negotiation skills honed through successful engagements with diverse stakeholders
  • At least 5 years of experience in managing teams with a track record of fostering collaboration and driving performance
  • Verifiable history of delivering impactful results and driving revenue growth in previous roles
  • Innate selfmotivation and a resilient mindset with a determination to overcome challenges
  • Exceptional leadership abilities capable of inspiring and guiding teams toward shared objectives
  • Proficiency in analyzing performance data to derive actionable insights both for internal strategy refinement and client optimization
  • Experience in negotiating complex deals aligned with strategic revenue objectives
  • Fluency in English with strong verbal and written communication skills

Will be a plus:

  • Experience with Native Advertising is a plus
  • Experience in strategic negotiations with Publishers in Europe WE USA APAC LATAM regions
