Senior Cloud Solutions Architect

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

1. Cloud Architecture Design: Lead the design and development of comprehensive cloud solutions that address client requirements and business objectives. Collaborate with clients stakeholders and internal teams to understand technical needs define architecture patterns and architect scalable reliable and costeffective cloud solutions.

2. Cloud Platform Expertise: Serve as a subject matter expert on cloud platforms such as AWS Azure or Google Cloud Platform (GCP). Stay updated on the latest cloud services features and best practices and leverage them to architect innovative solutions that drive business value and competitive advantage for clients.

3. Solution Implementation: Lead the implementation and deployment of cloud solutions providing technical guidance and oversight to project teams. Configure and optimize cloud infrastructure components design automation workflows and ensure adherence to security compliance and performance requirements.

4. Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and mentorship to architects engineers and other team members. Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to drive technical excellence foster innovation and ensure successful delivery of cloud projects on time and within budget.

5. Client Engagement: Build strong relationships with clients and act as a trusted advisor on cloud architecture and technology strategy. Partner with clients to understand their business goals assess their technical landscape and develop customized cloud solutions that align with their objectives and requirements.

6. Architecture Documentation: Create and maintain detailed architecture documentation diagrams and technical specifications to communicate cloud designs configurations and implementation plans. Ensure documentation is accurate comprehensive and accessible for internal teams and clients.

7. Cloud Optimization and Cost Management: Identify opportunities to optimize cloud infrastructure improve performance and reduce costs. Monitor cloud usage and spending analyze cost trends and usage patterns and make recommendations for optimization costsaving measures and resource allocation.

8. Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of industry trends emerging technologies and best practices in cloud computing. Participate in training programs certifications and knowledgesharing activities to enhance your skills and expertise. Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the organization to optimize processes and increase efficiency.

Qualifications:

1. Education: Bachelors degree in computer science engineering or a related field. Masters degree or additional certifications in cloud computing such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect Professional or Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert are highly desirable.

2. Experience: Minimum of 8 years of experience in cloud architecture solution design and implementation. Proven track record of designing and delivering complex cloud solutions for enterprise clients across multiple industries.

3. Technical Skills: Deep expertise in cloud platforms such as AWS Azure or GCP. Strong understanding of cloud architecture principles services and best practices. Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g. Python PowerShell) and infrastructureascode tools (e.g. Terraform CloudFormation).

4. Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and nontechnical audiences. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients stakeholders and team members.

5. ProblemSolving Skills: Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to analyze complex technical challenges and propose effective solutions. Ability to troubleshoot issues identify root causes and implement corrective actions in a timely manner.

6. Project Management: Experience leading cloud projects from inception to completion including requirements gathering solution design implementation and deployment. Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Agile or Scrum is a plus.
