Job Description:
This position is a parttime hybrid role for an Operator. The responsibilities include answering phones handling incoming calls recording messages and delivering exceptional customer service.
Qualifications
- Superior verbal communication capabilities.
- Exceptional customer service aptitude
- Meticulous attention to detail and precision in messagetaking
- Fundamental computer proficiency
- Capacity to work autonomously and from a remote location
- Prior experience in a call center or customer service position is advantageous
