The Filling Operator is responsible for filling and packaging finished goods according to work order. The position follows procedures and practices to ensure production is safe efficient and accurate. Lubrication Engineers employees and partners strive for continuous improvement in design development production packaging sales and delivery of products and services that meet or exceed customer regulatory and performance requirements.
Working hours: Monday Friday 6am 2:30pm

Requirements
Essential Functions
- Fill products into containers according to standard operating procedures while maintaining the highest level of quality and cleanliness.
- Perform tasks with focus towards organization sanitation and safety.
- Must always wear personal protective equipment.
- Maintain clean work environment.
- Operates pumps valves scales and automated filling equipment.
- Set up a filling station for filling grease tubes pails drums or totes.
- Documentation of procedures via filling documents to ensure proper chain of custody.
- Teamwork on filling stations requiring serval personnel working together as one functioning process.
- Place finished goods on designated pallets.
- Manual dexterity (speed and accuracy) for such duties as sweeping mopping and toting.
- Participates actively in all plant safety initiatives programs and training sessions.
- Ability to work a schedule of (5) full 8hour workdays per week.
- Work overtime as needed.
- Ability to climb stairs.
- Report to workstation on time at start up and after breaks and lunches.
- Report all safety violations to Lead or Supervisor in a timely manner.
- Report any mechanical or material issues to Lead or Supervisor in a timely manner.
- Additional duties as required.
Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED required.
- Ability to read and understand English.
- Experience in manufacturing preferred.
- Forklift experience preferred.
Essential Physical Requirements
Working in a manufacturing or warehouse environment you will be walking standing bending reaching and engaging in movement throughout the day and occasionally to frequently be required to lift items weighing up to 50 lbs. The position also involves rolling full 55gallon drums of product.
Work may be performed in cold or hot environments. Physical requirements further include the ability to engage in productive and collaborative communication with coworkers. At times the ability to work overtime also may be required.
