You will be updated with latest job alerts via email• Work with clients to understand their business processes, needs and requirements and provide guidance on best practices for leveraging the ServiceNow platform.
• Configure and customize the ServiceNow platform, including Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Asset Management, and CMDB to meet the client's needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ServiceNow with other systems and applications.
• Provide technical support and maintenance for ServiceNow, including troubleshooting and resolving issues.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design, configuration, and testing documentation.
• Provide training and support to end-users on the ServiceNow platform and related processes.
• Stay up-to-date with ServiceNow and related technologies, including attending training and certification programs as required.
