Position Details:
Collaborate with recruitment team to identify staffing needs and job requirements Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting openings on job boards and other platforms Source and screen candidates through various channels (e.g. job boards social media referrals) Schedule and coordinate interviews and communicating with candidates Facilitate job offer discussions and oversee the creation and management of training agreements for new hires. Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team as needed

Ideally based in the bustling heart of Metro Manila as this is a Work Onsite SetUp Bachelors Degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator/Intern or similar role. Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply. Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and ability to adapt to new software systems quickly. Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively Demonstrated "CanDo" Attitude.
