  • Electronic Medical Record (EMR)

  • Other EMR

  • TruChart EHR

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Pennsylvania (PA)

• Do you have a valid Drivers License Reliable Mode of Transportation and Auto Insurance (all 3) (yes)

• Have you spoke with a Relode Recruiter about this role (yes)

• Have you applied to Residential Home Health & Hospice anytime in the last 6 months (no)

Our client is seeking a compassionate Hospice Registered Nurse to join their extraordinary care team. The role involves providing management and delivery of patient care plans supporting patients in Wyomissing PA and surrounding areas and consistently meeting critical deadlines for charting. The ideal candidate will have an RN license in the state of work two years of RN experience with hospice experience preferred and the ability to selfmanage time and schedule.

Schedule and Shift Details Fulltime Monday Friday 8a5p. Currently their oncall rotation is only 1 weekend every 57 weeks depending on staffing. When it is their scheduled weekend they are oncall Friday from 5pm8am Saturday & Sunday from 8pm8am.Travel Occasional local travel
