Our Emergency Department is a 27bed unit which includes 5 Chest Pain beds with an RN/Patient ratio of 1:46. The patient population includes Emergent/Urgent Adult and pediatric stroke cardiac and septic.

We need nurses like you to take care of our patients so they feel safe and cared for and can lead a life toward wellness. We are seeking an RN to join our Emergency Department team.

Responsibilities:

• Identifies patient needs and determines priorities for care through assessment planning intervention and evaluation.
• Develops implements and coordinates individualized plan of care for patients assigned through initial and ongoing assessments.
• Initiates assessment based on the patients problems or needs the physicians medical diagnosis and the functional health framework.
• Performs therapeutic nursing interventions.
• Manages care of patients.

Must haves:

• 1 year of ED experience preferred
  
• Nursing Degree (BSN preferred)
• Idaho RN license
