We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Telemetry team!

Our Telemetry is a 27bed unit caring for primarily Cardiac Stroke Renal Failure and Sepsis patients. This teamoriented unit has an average nurse/patient ratio of 1:45. We are all about personal growth and telemetry has opportunities for just that as they have a strong shared governance structure to support clinical practice and professional development. The RN is responsible for evaluating patients and assisting physicians with patient care. Plans implements and documents nursing care based on patients needs.

Responsibilities:

• Identifies patient needs and determines priorities for care through assessment planning intervention and evaluation.
• Develops implements and coordinates individualized plan of care for patients assigned through initial and ongoing assessments.
• Initiates assessment based on the patients problems or needs the physicians medical diagnosis and the functional health framework.
• Performs therapeutic nursing interventions.
• Manages care of patients.

Must haves:

• 1 years of RN experience
  
• Bachelors of Nursing Degree
• Idaho RN license
