Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Property Management:
- Lead the development and implementation of commercial property management systems from inception to completion.
- Maintain accurate lease files and documentation.
- Enforce lease terms and conditions, including rent collection and lease compliance.
- Coordinate with internal teams, external partners, and contractors to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Oversee the development of project plans, budgets, and schedules, and monitor progress against key milestones.
- Seek owner approval for major decisions and expenditures.
