ON-CALL SENIOR SYSTEMS ANALYST INFOR CLOUD SUITE TIER III

Job Title: ONCALL SENIOR SYSTEMS ANALYST INFOR CLOUD SUITE (TIER III)

Location: Remote

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and implementation of ERP system using Infor Cloud Suite.

• Provide technical leadership and guidance on the adoption of new unfamiliar or emerging technologies.

• Independently develop install code integrate document test and maintain the ERP system.

• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to gather requirements and propose solutions.

• Perform Birst reporting to extract and analyze data for business insights.

• Ensure the integrity security and availability of the ERP system.

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.

• Document system configurations processes and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field.

• Minimum of three years of experience working with Infor Cloud Suite or a similar ERP system.

• Strong understanding of ERP system architecture and modules.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Proficiency in development coding integration and testing of ERP systems.

• Experience with Birst reporting or similar business intelligence tools.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.

• Experience with ERP system maintenance and support is a plus.
