Business Development Managers are responsible for driving business growth within a company. They develop a network of contacts to attract new clients research new market opportunities and oversee growth projects making sales projections and forecasting revenue in line with projected income.
Responsibilities
- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer experience

- Committed to achieving the mutually agreed sales targets

- Be cognizant of both the Top line and Bottom line targets of the organization

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers

- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs

- Liaison with architects PMCs general contractors etc. to gain insights into potential projects

- Arrange business meetings and POCs with prospective clients

- Promote the company s products/services addressing or predicting clients objectives

- Prepare ensuring adherence to lawestablished rules and guidelines

- Regular followup with clients & vendors

- Keep records of sales revenue invoices etc.

- Regularly update the CRM with lead project & revenue details.
