The Regional Manager is responsible for meeting sales goals set by the Chief Sales Officer as well as identifying potential clients maintaining relationships and supervising the Sales Team.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone calls and emails
- Overseeing the Sales Team and make sure strategies set by CSO are executed by Sales Team
- Coming up with and implement unique sales strategies
- Coordinate and handle pre sales and post sales experiences
- Arrange meetings with potential clients
- Contribute revenue to the company by selling to new clients through various means
- Research and experimentation on new and innovative ways to sell
- Responding to incoming email and phone enquiries
- Create and maintain reports and ensure they are submitted to the
- CSO and top management
- Working with CSO and top management on sales budgets
- Conducts followup on hard bids
- Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales
- Gathering market and customer information
- Negotiating on price costs delivery and specifications with buyers and managers
- Creating detailed proposal documents
- Making accurate rapid cost calculations and providing customers with quotations
- Building and maintaining relationships with real estate agents and firms and motivating them to find buyers
- Follow up with and maintain relationships with channel partners and agents
- Add new channel partners
- Maintaining sales related data and creating reports to submit to superiors
- May be in certain cases required to visit the project development site to conduct onsite sales
- Understanding all relevant details on all the company s existing and planned projects
