Job Summary Serving as a member of the sales team themain two purposes of the Client Executive is to source and selectpotential candidates for job requirements provided by Halians salesteam as well as support the account management of Halians keyclients. Key Duties & Responsibilities Act as Account Manager for some of Halians most important clients. Conduct inperson and online meetings with clients to take briefs on new jobvacancies. Upsell Halians services withinthese existing clients to increase sales and profitability of eachassigned account. Source candidates that havesuitable profiles matching to job vacancy requirements provided bymembers of Halians sales team. Conduct Boolean searches on candidate sourcing platforms such as Job Boards Linked In and Halians internal CRM system.
