Job Title: Product Manager (NonTechnical Retail/Ecommerce)

Location: Pleasanton CA (Local Candidates Only)

Employment Type: W2 Contract (12 months) Hybrid (2 days onsite) (No C2C)

Overview:
We are seeking a Product Manager with a strong background in retail/ecommerce particularly within the grocery/CPG industries. This role will focus on managing our Banner 4 U Rewards Program and integrations reporting directly to the Principal Product Manager for Rewards and Partnerships.

Responsibilities:

• Define product vision and roadmap for loyalty program benefits and integrations.
• Collect and interpret user research and data to develop innovative products and manage the product lifecycle.
• Write user stories manage product development lifecycle and handle product prioritization.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to deliver consumerfacing products that enhance customer conversion and engagement.
• Utilize both qualitative and quantitative feedback to drive product improvements and develop business cases for new features.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree required.
• 10 plus years of product management strategy or consulting experience.
• Strong experience in agile development and ecommerce within the retail sector.
• Excellent analytical prioritization and negotiating skills.
• Experience with Adobe Analytics and A/B testing preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to lead crossfunctional teams and influence stakeholders.
