Floor Manager

We are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic Floor Manager to oversee operations in our warehouse and factory facilities. The Floor Manager will be responsible for coordinating and supervising daily activities on the production floor and warehouse floor to ensure efficient operations adherence to safety protocols and achievement of production targets. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills excellent communication abilities and a proven track record of managing teams in a fastpaced manufacturing and
warehouse environment.

Responsibilities:
1. Plan organize and coordinate daily production and warehouse activities to meet
production targets quality standards and customer requirements.
2. Supervise and lead a team of production workers warehouse staff and supervisors
providing guidance coaching and support to ensure optimal performance and
productivity.
3. Monitor production processes and workflows identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies
and implement strategies to improve efficiency reduce waste and optimize resource
utilization.
4. Ensure compliance with safety regulations standard operating procedures (SOPs)
and quality standards in all production and warehouse operations and take
corrective actions to address safety hazards and quality issues.
5. Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including operations maintenance quality
assurance and logistics to coordinate production schedules resolve operational
issues and implement process improvements.
6. Conduct regular inspections and audits of production equipment machinery and
facilities to ensure proper maintenance cleanliness and functionality and initiate
maintenance and repair activities as needed.
7. Train and onboard new employees and provide ongoing training and development
opportunities to enhance skills knowledge and performance of production and
warehouse staff.

8. Monitor inventory levels stock movements and material flow in the warehouse and
implement inventory control measures to optimize inventory accuracy minimize
stockouts and reduce carrying costs.
9. Prepare production reports performance metrics and KPIs to track production
output efficiency and quality performance and analyze data to identify trends
patterns and areas for improvement.
10. Foster a culture of teamwork collaboration and continuous improvement among
production and warehouse staff and recognize and reward achievements and
contributions to promote employee engagement and morale.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering Operations Management Supply Chain
Management or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
2. Minimum of 57 years of experience in production management warehouse
management or operations management roles preferably in a manufacturing or
warehouse environment.
3. Strong leadership and supervisory skills with the ability to motivate coach and
develop teams and foster a positive work environment.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate
effectively with employees at all levels of the organization and across departments.
5. Solid understanding of production processes lean manufacturing principles and
warehouse operations with the ability to optimize workflows and drive process
improvements.
6. Knowledge of safety regulations quality standards and best practices in
manufacturing and warehousing and experience implementing safety and quality
management systems.
7. Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to analyze data identify
root causes of operational issues and implement effective solutions.
8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (e.g. Excel Word PowerPoint) and
familiarity with production planning and inventory management software.
9. Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fastpaced environment manage
multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail and
accuracy.
10. Flexibility to work extended hours weekends and holidays as needed to support
production schedules and meet business demands.
