We are looking for candidates who are good at Telugu / Marathi / Tamil / Gujarati communication.
Contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed.
Should be able to work with a Team.
Coordinating with operation team to ensure the timely response to inquiries.
The candidate should be able to understand the clients complaints and work upon resolving them.
Responding to queries from clients and give timely support when requested.
