• Experience & other requirements: Should have good allround experience in procurement management
• a) 810 years in medium to large contracting / development cell of corporate group
  b) Must have sound knowledge of construction & procurement contracting practices
  c) Thorough understanding of materials used in construction of warehousing/industries
  d) Should be strong in negotiation skills
  e) Should have a good vendor connect & vendor base.
  f) Hands on knowledge of latest trends and practices
  g) Should have a knowledge of ERP operations
  h) Excellent written & oral communication skills
  i) Excellent in drafting of contracts work orders and purchase orders.
  j) Should be a good team player
  k) Willing to work hard and contribute in the companys growth
