Responsibilities:
1. Legal Expertise:
- Possess an LL.B. degree with a minimum of 7 years of work experience.
- Indepth and uptodate knowledge of key legislations including Arbitration & Conciliation Act IBC (Insolvency & Bankruptcy Act) RDDBFI Act MCS Act and other civil and corporate laws.
2. Drafting Skills:
- Demonstrate excellent skills in independently drafting various Arbitral documents such as statement of claims reply rejoinder affidavit of evidence and written submissions.
- Proficient in drafting claims under sec 9 sec 7 of IBC Personal Insolvency petitions applications under 12 A replies on behalf of borrowers against claims filed by secured creditors and other relevant petitions.
- Ability to draft Securitization Applications Intervenor Applications Writ petitions and replies to 13(2) notices as well as replies to notices for classification as Willful Defaulter.
3. Court Representation:
- Extensive experience in appearing and arguing before various legal forums including Arbitrator DRT High Court Metropolitan Magistrate Court Cooperative Court District Court CMM DM etc.
- Stay updated on the latest judgments passed by the Honorable High Court and Supreme Court.
4. Legal Proceedings Management:
- Organize plan and schedule Arbitration proceedings.
- Identify advocates for Arbitration proceedings and oversee and monitor the entire process.
- Vet necessary documents related to Arbitral proceedings.
- Independently handle other litigation and nonlitigation matters concerning NCLT DRT Small Causes Cooperative Courts Chief Metropolitan Court.
