Role Overview

As a member of our Certification Team the Certification Associate will:

  • Conduct detailed technical reviews of certification applications and product assessments to ensure compliance with the Cradle to Cradle Certified Product Standard.
  • Provide technical and operational support to certification holders applicants program assessors and other stakeholders.
  • Assist in overseeing entities conducting conformity assessments ensuring consistency and adherence to our standards.
  • Develop and enhance certification processes standard requirements and user tools based on direct feedback and vision.
  • Offer additional support in technical research and standard development as needed.


Who Were Looking For

  • A Bachelors Degree in environmental science chemistry engineering or a related scientific/technical field.
  • A Masters Degree or at least two years of relevant professional experience is highly preferred.
  • Knowledge in areas such as Material Health Product Circularity Renewable Energy Water & Soil Stewardship and Social Fairness.
  • Experience in technical reviews or audits related to environmental certification is desirable.
  • Exceptional English communication skills both written and spoken.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment.
  • A proactive problemsolver with a strong sense of personal responsibility and a meticulous attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with MS Office and an enthusiasm for mastering Salesforce in managing certification processes.
  • A passionate advocate for sustainability and the principles of Cradle to Cradle design.
