Job Description

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and energetic entrylevel Telesales / Telcaller for an IT solutions and advertising company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients understanding their advertising needs and promoting their IT solutions to enhance their business operations. Your role will be crucial in generating leads fostering client relationships and achieving our sales targets

Job Responsibilities:

  • Contact potential clients through cold calling and emails to introduce IT advertisement solutions understanding their needs and challenges.
  • Online demo or sharing Presentation & Proposal Submission Quotation submission. (via Visit / Mail / WhatsApp) Negotiation with HOT clients/calls.
  • Schedule appointments for sales executives to meet with prospective clients.
  • Maintain and update customer information in the database.
  • Follow up on leads and manage client accounts to nurture ongoing relationships.
  • Provide feedback from clients to enhance the products and services offered.
  • To stay updated with the latest developments in digital advertising technologies and sales strategies.
  • Handle customer questions complaints and issues professionally ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Calling customers for Outstanding Payments.

Job Requirement:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education in marketing communications or related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Telecaller Telemarketer or a similar role in sales.
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Proficient in relevant computer applications and software used in sales.
  • Strong listening and sales skills.
  • Fluency in English Kannada and Hindi.
