Accounting Executive

A leading player in the property development sector is seeking a dynamic Accounts Executive to join our team. This role is crucial for maintaining our operations financial health and integrity. Key Responsibilities:

1. Prepare and manage a Full Set of Accounts ensuring meticulous monthly reconciliations.

2. Oversee accounts payable and receivable ensuring transactions are processed efficiently.

3. Daily cash flow management and frequent bank reconciliations.

4. Contribute to the annual budget preparation and forecast adjustments.

5. Collaborate effectively with internal departments to support daily accounting activities.

6. Produce and manage adhoc reports and tasks as management directs.

7. To ensure compliance and smooth operational flow Foster relationships with external stakeholders including auditors tax agents and bankers.

Qualifications and Skills:

1. A diploma or higher in Accounting LCCI or part professional qualification.

2. At least 2 years of relevant experience preferably in the property development construction or building industry.

3. Demonstrable proactive and positive attitude with high integrity and professionalism.

4. Independent dynamic with solid communication and interpersonal skills.

5. Proficiency in IFCA/ACCWIN software will be advantageous.
