Short Description
Project Assistant in IT Project Management Department
Job Duties:
Support the Program and/or Project Management team in various project activities.
Gather project updates and document project status reports.
Maintain project plan and schedule.
Create meeting agendas document meeting notes including action items tasks issues and key decisions.
Manages action items issue logs and deliverables from internal and external team members.
Proactively identify issues that may affect the project and work with the Project Management team to develop and implement solutions.
Document process flows and identify gaps and business process changes.
Assist with business requirements documentation.
Assist with risk analysis and monitoring and updating risk plans.
Assist with application testing.
Assist with data conversion and cleansing.
Assist with reporting requirements and design.
Assist with project costing invoices and reconciliations
Provide administrative support to the Information Technology PMO.
Support Project member onboarding tasks as needed.
Special skills needed:
Medium to Heavy MS Word Excel PowerPoint Visio MS Project SmartSheets
Medium customer service interaction
