Job Description
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 3 years of experience in the field with at least 2 years of General Contracting experience as an Assistant Project Manager or Project Manager in commercial construction working on Schools/Higher Education projects over $20M in size
- Bachelors degree in Construction Management highly preferred.
- Knowledge of all aspects of construction industry standards building codes equipment and methods.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Project.
- Valid drivers license and personal mode of transportation.
- Excellent communication skills.
- LEED and OSHA experience preferred.
