Maintenance Engineer

The position is open for Pune & Nagpur location only.

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Maintenance Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of all aspects of maintenance including preventive maintenance corrective maintenance and capital projects. He should alsohave excellent leadership and communication skills and be able to manage a team of maintenance technicians effectively.

Introduction of Company:Our client was established in 2012 in Mumbai. They are involved in the manufacturing installation and servicing of Multilevel Stack Parking systems Passenger Lifts and Car Lifts.

Job Description:

• Develop and implement maintenance procedures and schedules.
• Oversee the daytoday operations of the maintenance department.
• Assign and prioritize work orders.
• Supervise and mentor maintenance technicians.
• Manage the maintenance budget and inventory.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental regulations.
• Coordinate with other departments to meet their maintenance needs.
• Identify and implement costsaving measures.

Qualifications & Skills:

• BE Mechanical Engineering / Diploma Mechanical Engineering.
• 5 years of experience in a maintenance management role.
• Strong knowledge of preventive maintenance corrective maintenance and capital projects.
• Experience with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
