About us Al Khor International School is a 4 to 18, co-educational and non-selective international school. The opportunity: We are seeking to appoint a professional and efficient Administration Assistant for our busy front desk. The successful candidate will be an effective team player with a flexible and positive approach to work. The role involves being the first point of contact for students, parents, members of staff and visitors at reception while providing effective administrative support to the senior leadership team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a friendly and welcoming community in one of the leading international schools in the region. Skills and qualities: • An organised multi-tasker with good experience in administration and customer service • Intermediate to advanced IT skills (Microsoft Office, Adobe Sign, online booking systems, mail merge). Experience of Student Information Management System advantageous • Fluent in English, the ability to write and speak Arabic would be advantageous • Personable with the ability to maintain excellent relationships with internal and external stakeholders • Handles sensitive and confidential information, demonstrating a high level of discretion and confidentiality. • Flexible and positive approach to work
